  The work was done on schedule and exactly as promised leaving the work-site clean with no debris or empty containers in sight. We were provided with replacement tiles too for future use in case if needed.

  I called Jim at MQR last Thursday late morning. He was coming to my area in bentleigh as we spoke and said he would stop at my house after that appointment!! I couldn't believe how prompt and efficient Jim was. He was on the roof straight away. Took photos of the issues. Fixed the leak. It was super amazing service and then he wouldn't even accept any payment. He emailed me photos of the issues and and my roof measurement for future reference. I could not recommend Jim and his team enough. He was extremely honest, efficient and knowledgeable seeing the issues straight away with immediate solutions applied, and no messing around. Thank you Jim for outstanding service! A very merry Christmas to you, your team and all the families!

  Incredibly professional from my first enquiry to follow up after the job was complete. Jim provided advice, photos and reference material regarding roof ventilators and a very competitive quote for these and replacement of broken roof tiles. The guys did a fabulous quality job, were on time and completed work promptly. Highly recommend Jim and team for all roofing work.

  We are very happy with the roof restoration done by MQR last week. Jim, Grant and other team members have done a fantastic job. Jim always replied to my messages on the same day no matter how late I sent the messages. Every of our requests has been dealt with quickly and with satisfaction. They even fixed the problem that was not caused by them for us. Very impressed with their excellent services. Highly recommend to anyone who needs roof restoration.
